Walking the Walk

At its heart, Warren Management is a relationship company. In lieu of a pre-packaged and impersonal bundle of services, we team up with each Board of Directors we work with to make their community the very best it can be.

Part of becoming skilled at offering this service requires knowing how to tailor our approach to a wide breadth of different communities. And becoming that flexible requires playing a role in a wide breadth different communities ourselves.

So all that being said, here’s a few of the ways WMG played a part in our community lately.

WE HUSTLED FOR A CAUSE

In October, WMG team members were proud to join together and participate in Denver’s annual NephCure Walk. The goal was to raise awareness for nephrotic syndrome and FSGS—kidney disorders that affect the level of protein and water in the body. By the finish line, $27,000 had been raised toward finding a cure.

WE GOT THINGS COOKING

Just in time for the holidays, we headed down Galley Road to volunteer. We spent our entire morning at Care and Share Food Pantry sorting donated foods, checking expiration dates and packing meal boxes. Shameless bragging moment: the Care and Share staff said that keeping up with our work ethic was a challenge. WMG was happy to donate $1000 to all their efforts before we left.

WE BUNDLED UP

Cheetah print, fuchsia, denim, down, large, small and everything in between— WMG got to help keep Colorado Springs cozy in January. We partnered with Pinecliff Townhome Owners Association for a Warm Coat Drive. Between the WMG staff and the Pinecliff community, dozens and dozens of coats were contributed to the Springs Rescue Mission. It felt great to be able to arrive with two coat-stuffed vehicles for those among us who could use an extra layer this shivery season.

WE DABBLED IN A LITTLE THEATER

Earlier this February, WMG got to be a corporate sponsor of Starz Theater Company’s presentation of Singin’ in the Rain Jr. at the brand new Shockley-Zalabak Theater at the ENT Center for the Arts. There were pageboy caps, fedoras, feathers, overalls, umbrellas and one outstanding group of performers. We had a blast.

For over two decades, WMG has been demonstrating just how different a community association management company can be — not by simply saying so, but through the groups we serve. We’re this passionate because, though we all live in houses, its our community that makes it home.
