What did you learn at your Annual Meeting?

Are the homeowners in your community sending the Board a message of approval or disapproval?

Did they show up at the Annual Meeting to celebrate community or sound off?

If on a scale of 1-10, if your Owners rate their current satisfaction at a 6, what would it take to make it a 7?

January is the month for intentional planning so that the goals you set become a reality.
Have you:

  • Established your Calendar of Events including meetings & community activities?
  • Determined what actions need to be done to accomplish each goal set for the year?
  • Put together a team of volunteers to assist the Board?

If not, perhaps we should talk about how your leadership operates & what you need from your management team over coffee!
