Judy Sedwick, CMCA
Community Association Manager
Judy Sedwick joined the Warren Management team in April 2014, having relocated to Colorado from Florida in January due to her husband’s PCS order from the US Air Force. Although she’s not (yet) familiar with Colorado snow, she is very familiar with the role of a community association manager!
Ms. Sedwick’s career included 10 years as General Manager for ResortQuest in Destin, Florida. Her skills in hospitality were unquestionably developed during that time along with management skills that served her well when later she had the opportunity to be the Community Association Manager for Shoreline Towers Condominium Association, a 210-unit condo/townhome community. She also obtained a Florida Real Estate license in 2008 in order to provide exclusive service to the owners of Shoreline Towers through the Association-owned Real Estate Company.
Along with a CAI membership in 1995, Ms. Sedwick was a licensed Community Association Manager in Florida between 1995 and 2013. Once out of Florida, she began pursuing Community Association Institute’s management credentials. She earned the CMCA® designation in April 2014 and is currently seeking the AMS® designation through continuing education and proven management experience.
Ms. Sedwick’s clients have found that she has a wonderful way with people that engenders trust and respect for her professionalism and her diligence. She excels in her ability to plan and coordinate major projects through effective communication, and is genuine in her caring relationship with her clients.
Ms. Sedwick has three children and two granddaughters. She enjoys being outdoors, doing anything with family from kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, or just relaxing on a beach.
