Brandon Helm, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Senior Association Manager
Vice President of Internal Operations
Brandon Helm joined the WMG in June 2002, having a bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Management from Union College in Lincoln, NE.
Mr. Helm earned the “Certified Manager of Community Associations” (CMCA®) designation from NBC-CAM in May of 2003 and the “Association Management Specialist” (AMS®) designation from Community Associations (CAI) Institute in July 2004. He then went on to receive his “Professional Community Association Manager” (PCAM®) designation from CAI in October of 2008, becoming one of the youngest candidates to attain the PCAM® designation in the industry. He remains committed to continuing his education in the field by taking multiple professional management development courses each year.
The WMG team appreciates Mr. Helm for his leadership, his expertise in technology, and his skill in resourcefulness. Mr. Helm also has an appetite for lifelong learning. As a member of the Warren Management Leadership Team, Mr. Helm, Vice President of Operations, helps the team find solutions and establish new methods of delivering management services, particularly in the use of ever-changing technology. Brandon has served on Warren Management’s Leadership Team for several years, which serves the company as a team of visionary leaders and mentors other team members to become Ambassadors of Warren Management.
Brandon serves Warren Management as a portfolio manager, focusing primarily on two local community associations: The Briargate Business Campus Owners Association and Wolf Ranch Owners Association and Wolf Ranch Recreation Center. The Briargate Business Campus is comprised of 405 acres of premier office/retail property, home to USAA, Focus on the Family, The Promenade Shops at Briargate, and much more. Wolf Ranch is Colorado Springs’ largest master-planned community, planned for over 7,000 residential units at buildout.
Brandon’s outgoing personality is a major “bonus” to his career in management because he is a natural networker. He knows more people at this point in his career than many people hope to meet after a lifelong career!
Brandon and his wife, Kelly, discovered the amazement of birth when they welcomed their daughter, Macy, to their family in January 2006. Then in February 2008, Maxwell was added to their family. They enjoy spending time in the mountains camping, fishing, mountain biking and playing with their two kids.
