Brandon Helm, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

President

Brandon Helm joined the WMG in June 2002, having earned a bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Management from Union College in Lincoln, NE.

Brandon earned the “Certified Manager of Community Associations” (CMCA®) designation from NBC-CAM in May of 2003 and the “Association Management Specialist” (AMS®) designation from Community Associations (CAI) Institute in July 2004. He then went on to receive his “Professional Community Association Manager” (PCAM®) designation from CAI in October of 2008, becoming one of the youngest candidates to attain the PCAM® designation in the industry. He remains committed to continuing his education in the field by taking multiple professional management development courses each year.

The WMG team appreciates Brandon for his leadership, his expertise in technology, and his skill of resourcefulness. Brandon has been an accomplished community association manager, having served as a portfolio manager and a large-scale community manager, and now serves as the President of the Warren Management Group. Brandon finds solutions, establishes new methods of delivering management services, particularly in the use of ever-changing technology.

Brandon is a people-person by personality and task-oriented by nature. He enjoys meeting people and finds networking to be exciting. He’s an “out of the box” thinker, looking for creative opportunities to enhance the Warren Management Group team.

Brandon is an accomplished chef, mastering the fine art of smoking meats and grilling almost anything edible! Brandon is married and has two teenagers.
