Our History
In the beginning, there was land development...
After spending six years working with the development team at Vintage Communities, a land developer in Colorado Springs, Linda Warren realized that serving community associations had become her career passion.   She recognized that her upbringing in a small rural community in south-central Nebraska had taught her much about a community’s sense of belonging coveted in today’s residential communities.

After initial years working alone, Linda identified a desire in the marketplace for management services that were customized to a community’s need rather than a pre-determined set of services that may or may not meet the community’s needs.   Warren Management Group established its focus on serving new developments, focusing primarily on master-planned communities, townhomes and patio homes.

Being committed to professional development
WMG's leader & CEO is a passionate learner, committed to life-long learning.  She is both a participant in the Professional Management Development Program through Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations.   Linda also serves on the National Faculty for CAI.  In May 2000, Linda attained the PCAM designation – Professional Community Association Manager, the pinnacle of community association management. The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.

Then in the Spring of 2004, Warren Management Group earned the AAMC designation from Community Associations Institute, which stands for “Accredited Association Management Company.”    The AAMC accreditation demonstrates a company's commitment to providing the unique and diverse services community associations need.   An Accredited Association Management Company ensures that their staff have the skills, experience, and integrity to help communities succeed. Its managers have advanced training and demonstrated commitment to the industry—just the type of professionals that community association boards seek to hire!

In reflection of Linda’s commitment to education, she set a standard for the managers on their staff by "showing the way" rather than "saying what's expected."   Every WMG manager must earn and continue pursuit of professional management credentials.  Even though the State of Colorado has not yet established minimum standards for community association managers, Warren Management Group has served as a leader in the industry by offering its clients only certified managers.

Meet today's WMG!
Today’s WMG is not the company it was five years ago – it has evolved to meet the changing expectations of today’s homebuyers and community developers.   They have been willing to pursue higher standards, utilize advances in technology, establish meaningful partnerships with industry professionals, seek useful resources, and move beyond the typical services of others.    If you haven’t asked WMG what it can offer your association lately, you don’t know about today’s WMG team!  It’s more professional, more experienced, more service-oriented, more resourceful than ever before.
