Warren Management Group asks every vendor serving our clients that they "team with us" to provide the best services to our common client. Even though we are not responsible for their performance, we recognize that when they look bad, we look bad! That's not a rating we are willing to have, so we measure the effectiveness and value-for-the-dollar of each vendor we work with and look for the best of the best!
As part of our maintenance program, we provide regular site inspections of the common property, present our findings to the Board, and assist in securing bids when maintenance work is needed. The management team does not perform technical inspections -- we are not experts in all fields! We don't try to be! We advise the Board to rely upon the specialists in the various areas of maintenance to evaluate the situation and do it right the first time!
With our Online Services and our emergency message service during non-business hours, residents can even report maintenance concerns from anywhere and at anytime.
